How Much Is a Coffee Cart for Events in the Philippines?
On this page
A coffee cart for an event in the Philippines is usually priced as a package by guest count. At Daily Grind™, our mobile coffee bar starts at ₱11,300 for 70 guests, which works out to about ₱161 per guest, and goes up to ₱30,250 for 200 guests. Every package comes with baristas, a full coffee bar setup and 4 hours of service.
Here’s exactly what the packages cost, what’s included, and the questions worth asking any coffee cart provider before you book.
Daily Grind™ coffee cart prices (2026)
| Package | Guests | Price | About per guest |
|---|---|---|---|
| Package A | 70 | ₱11,300 | ₱161 |
| Package B | 100 | ₱15,500 | ₱155 |
| Package C | 150 | ₱23,250 | ₱155 |
| Package D | 200 | ₱30,250 | ₱151 |
Rates are VAT inclusive. Each extra hour of service is ₱1,500. Per-guest figures are rounded.
The per-guest price drops as the guest list grows, which is typical: setup, equipment and baristas cost about the same whether you’re serving 70 people or 200.
What’s included
Every package includes:
- Up to 5 drinks, each available hot or iced, plus 1 refresher
- A complete coffee bar setup
- 2 to 3 on-site baristas
- 4 hours of service, plus a 30-minute break
That covers coffee lovers and the non-coffee crowd. A refresher is there for guests who’d rather skip caffeine, or for the hottest part of the afternoon.
What affects the price of a coffee cart
- Guest count. The biggest factor, and the one packages are built around.
- Hours of service. Our packages cover 4 hours. Longer events add ₱1,500 per extra hour.
- The drink menu. How many drinks you offer, and whether they’re served hot, iced or both.
- Your venue. Where the event is, and how much space and access the setup has. Tell us your venue when you ask for a quote so we can plan for it.
Is a coffee cart worth it?
For a lot of events, yes. A coffee bar does more than serve drinks:
- It adds a good-looking, Instagram-ready corner to your event.
- It fits a wide range of venues and layouts.
- It shows guests the event was well thought out.
Our coffee bar is made for birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, weddings, school fairs and smaller, more intimate gatherings. It’s especially welcome at afternoon receptions and long corporate days, when energy dips.
Questions to ask any coffee cart provider
Whoever you book, get clear answers on these before you pay:
- How many guests does the package cover, and is there a limit on cups per guest?
- Which drinks are on the menu, and can they be served hot and iced?
- Is there a non-coffee option for kids and guests who don’t drink coffee?
- How many baristas will be there? Too few means long lines.
- How long is the service, and what does each extra hour cost?
- What does the setup need? Ask about space, tables and power at your venue.
- Are cups, straws, sugar and milk included?
- Is the price VAT inclusive, and are there travel or setup fees?
