Privacy policy
This policy explains how Daily Grind Coffee™ handles personal information sent to us through dailygrindcoffee.ph. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the rules of the National Privacy Commission.

What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through a form on this site:
- Contact form: your name, email, mobile number, topic and message.
- Event quote form: the above, plus your event type, date, number of guests, preferred package and venue.
- Franchise application: your name, email, mobile number, preferred location and what you tell us about your plans.
- Bean order and wholesale roasting forms: your name, email, optional mobile number, business name (for roasting) and order details.
Like every website, our hosting provider also processes basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. This is used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
You don't need an account to use this site, and we don't sell personal information.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and answer your questions.
- To prepare event quotes and bean or roasting orders.
- To review franchise applications and contact you about next steps.
- To keep the site secure and working, including filtering spam.
We don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site, and only as needed:
- Cloudflare hosts the site, protects it from attacks, and may run a spam check on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile).
- Our email delivery provider passes your form message to our team's inbox.
- Google Maps loads only if you tap "Show map". Google then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies.
Links to GrabFood, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Spotify take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The spam check on our forms and an opened Google Map may use cookies or similar technology to work. If we add website analytics later, we'll update this policy first.
How long we keep it
We keep form messages only as long as we need them to respond to you and for our business records, then delete them.
How we protect it
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form messages go only to the staff who handle them.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- be informed about how your personal information is used;
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected;
- object to processing, and ask us to erase or block your information;
- get a copy of your information in a portable format;
- be compensated for damages caused by inaccurate or unlawfully used information; and
- file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

Children
Our forms are meant for adults. If you think a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
