Our coffee
We roast our own beans in San Pedro, Laguna. Here's what goes into every cup.
The house blend
Our espresso uses a medium-roast blend of 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta. Expect dark chocolate, a bittersweet profile, slight nuttiness and a hint of tamarind.
We chose a medium roast because it balances the brightness of a light roast with the deeper flavors of a dark roast, so the cup comes out rounded and well balanced.
